Nice! I wanted Reba or SID for my XC2 when I had it, sounds like you want it to be light then eh? Maybe you could have tubless tyres too if you really want to save weight, mine weighed 12.67KG and it had Carbon Rigids on it!

Lucky lucky! Maybe he sold you it on a mate rate, because if it's the 2010 model you should get £100 for it atleast in good condition, thats a deal for £50 mate, my bike was sold with nothing just the bare frame!

I sold mine for £120 as I paid 260 for it brand new so I would say around the 100-130 mark but mine was in mint condition as I never took it off road! Kinesis in Taiwan has a DH bike but I don't know whether Kinesis UK will make one but they might!

Frame only it was white and my girlfriend has the parts off it for her bike lol, but yeah Kinesis are a big brand in the bike world they make and design parts for DMR!

Yeah lol of course, it's good to see more people riding Kinesis, the XC2 is a brill bike the only reason I sold it is because I could'nt go XC trails, so I got a road bike!
